~ When ordering, please fill out the entire form as well as the floorcloth title, size and quantity. There are three key factors involved in your floorcloth pricing which include the size of the cloth, the complexity of the design and finally, the number of colors.
Size:
Unlike area rugs, floorcloths can be made any size to accommodate your living space. To determine your cost, you first need to decide the size that's right for you. Simply measure the area's length and width, multiply these figures to determine your total square feet. Then choose a price group, and use the chart below to estimate your price. (For a dining area, be sure to leave enough space for the chairs to move back and forth easily).
~ Custom sizes and Runners are available upon request, for quotes on larger sizes, please call the studio.
~ All floorcloth prices are based on square feet.

Design:
You may order any of our standard designs found in the gallery, any of which can be crafted to any size or alternate colors. The more complex and elaborate a design becomes the higher the cost per square foot.
~ For custom designs there is a $100.00 non-refundable design fee, which is credited towards your purchase.
The fee covers the drawing time or computer design layout as well as a color sample piece. The decidable advantage of a custom floorcloth is that its made with your exact specifications.
Supplying me with as much information as possible including photos, sketches, color sample swatches, fabric samples (ex. cushions, curtains or upholstery), wallpaper samples; will aid in the discussion and design process of your future floorcloth.
I find that each floorcloth is unique and one of a kind so therefore each of my clients are treated with the same care, making this a crucial step. Once the design, colors and layout are approved, fabrication of your floorcloth begins.
~ There is no design fee if you select from one of our standard designs.
~ Each floorcloth is crafted by hand and is a one of a kind piece of art, PLEASE except slight variations.
~ All custom floorcloth orders must be placed with the artist.
~ All custom floorcloths are made to order especially for you and are non-refundable.
Colors:
I take no shortcuts and only use the highest quality products, including Benjamin Moore paints (view virtual fan deck) and Mixol tints. New to our selection our Modern Masters metallic paints (view color palette). Please feel free to visit either of these sites to experiment with color combinations.
~ There is no additional charge for custom colors matching your interior décor.
~ Color accuracy is limited to computer monitor settings; I recommend you first request color samples before placing order.
Delivery time:
~ Delivery time depends on the size of the piece and the current amount of studio work at the time of deposit, typical completion is 10-12 weeks.
~ Shipping & Handling fees are from Camden, North Carolina and are charged to the buyer.
~ All floorcloths are insured during shipping at their purchase cost.
~ All floorcloths are shipped rolled around a tube and protected in a box. Please save all packaging material for future storage or moving. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to read the Use and Care section for proper installation.
~ Please notify us immediately of any damage during shipment so that we can file an insurance claim.
Payment:
~ I accept cash, check, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
~ All orders require a 50% deposit at time of order, with the remaining 50% balance (plus shipping and handling charges) due at time of shipping.
~ All North Carolina residents must add 6.75% sales tax.
~ All Virginia residents must add 6.0% sales tax.
(except....Historic Triangle at 7.0% sales tax)
